30-Day Return Window

You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order to initiate a return. Return requests submitted after this period will not be accepted.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Unused and unworn — items must not show any signs of wear, washing, or damage
  • Original packaging — items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories intact
  • Proof of purchase — order number or receipt must be provided

Change of Mind (Remorse Returns)

If you simply changed your mind or no longer want the item, you are welcome to return it within the 30-day window. In this scenario:

  • Return shipping is free
  • No restocking fee will be charged
  • Refund will be issued to your original payment method

Please note that items must be returned in resellable condition (unused, unworn, with original packaging) to qualify for a full refund.

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, please contact us immediately at info@nellyshop.it.com within 7 days of receiving your order. In this scenario:

  • Return shipping is free
  • No restocking fee will be charged
  • We will provide a full refund to your original payment method or offer a replacement, whichever you prefer

Please include photos of the defect or damage in your email so we can process your claim as quickly as possible.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at info@nellyshop.it.com with your order number and the reason for your return
  2. We will send you a pre-paid return shipping label via email
  3. Print the label, attach it to your package, and drop it off at the carrier location indicated on the label
  4. Keep your tracking number for your records

Refund Processing

Once we receive your returned item and verify that it meets our return conditions, we will process your refund within 1–2 business days.

The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, as processing times vary by bank and payment provider.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items returned after the 30-day window
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
  • Items returned without original packaging or tags
  • Final sale or clearance items (if clearly marked at the time of purchase)

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original item following the steps above and place a new order separately.
